SensoMotoric Instruments has launched a developer kit for the Samsung Gear VR, with its eye tracking technology integrated. ‘Unobtrusive’ eye tracking cameras have been added to the device, and the phone (used as the display) has SMI’s tracking software pre-installed. We saw a prototype of the device at MWC this year (Plenty to See at MobileFocus).
