Kyocera is to begin construction of a third manufacturing facility at its Kyoto Ayabe complex in Japan this week, says Evertiq. The line will be used to produce compact organic packages to house microelectronic devices used in smartphones, tablet PCs and other mobile products. Completion is targeted for December this year.
