Amazon is pushing out a software update for all Kindle devices released before 2014. The update must be applied before the 22nd March; after this, a manual update will be required. A full list of devices affected can be found at http://tinyurl.com/gszvrun.

My old Kindle (V2, around 6 years old) updated via the 3G connection successfully, which is pretty good service, I think. (Although I haven’t used it at all since I got a tablet to go with my smartphone!) BR
