Microsoft has apologised for the experience that some users have had with the Surface Book and Surface Pro 4, thanking customers for their “open and candid” feedback. Some models of the Surface Book are said to suffer from a screen that flashes on and off, and both products have been accused of poor battery life. The company advises everyone to download the latest updates and be ready for new ones being pushed out in 2016.
