Two mobile launch events have been announced for October, by Microsoft and LG.
Microsoft’s event will be held in New York on the 6th October. Several Windows 10 flagship devices are expected, including new smartphones (Lumia 950 and 950 XL); the Surface Pro 4 tablet; and a new Microsoft Band wearable.
LG, always keen to be first (the company is notorious for its 8am CES press conference), is holding its own event on the 1st October – also in NYC. New ‘V’ phones are expected to be announced here: rumours point to the LG V10, which is expected to have a secondary display above the main (5.7″) screen. Images of the phone appeared at China’s TENAA this summer.
