Foxconn July Sales Rise 20% YoY

Strong sales of consumer electronics helped Foxconn Electronics to record a 20% year on year increase in sales in July, reaching NT$312.2 billion ($9.7 billion), 2% down on June. Sales in the first seven months of the year were 13.6% ahead of the same period of 2014, at NT$2.3 trillion ($71.4 billion). The launch of new iPhone devices in the third quarter is expected to boost Foxconn’s revenues by 10% to approximately NT$1 trillion ($31 billion).
