HP‘s Elitebook Folio 1020 (Core-M Drives HP’s Macbook Challenger) has been revamped by Bang & Olufsen. The ‘Elitebook Folio 1020 limited edition laptop’ features a B&O audio system. Although HP hasn’t revealed specifications, they are likely to be identical to the original Folio 1020. The notebook will be available in the autumn.
Dropping some specifications to fit a mid-range price point, LG has announced the G4 Beat smartphone. Based on the flagship G4, it has a 5.2″ display with 1920 x 1080 resolution; a 1.5GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor and 1.5GB of RAM. The phone will be launched in select markets in Europe and Latin America this month, before a global rollout. Pricing had not been announced at the time of writing.
The M5 Pro notebook, released by Eurocom in autumn last year, has been updated with new display options. Users can now choose a 15.6″ IPS-based display (1920 x 1080), from AUO or LG, or an UltraHD IGZO display from Sharp. Prices start at $1,375.
