A new $1.3 billion facility has been constructed at Parkland Hospital in Texas and was opened last year. The facility includes a large-format LED display using Nanolumens’ NanoSlim solution. The screen, installed in the cafeteria, is 4.8m x 3m, is in a space originally designed for a projector. However, it was decided that a brighter solution was needed to combat the ambient light in the room.
