Displaydata has sold all of its shares and the majority of all the shares in ZBD Germany to its Nordic partner, Delfi Technologies.
Michael Jorgensen, division director at Delfi said that the company was looking forward to expanding its Nordic operations into Germany. “We expect to deliver the same high value, dynamic display solutions from Displaydata to Germany-based retailers as we do throughout the Nordics”, he said.
Financial details were not disclosed.
