ISE 2015 was the show’s final year as a three-day event, with the 2016 show (9th – 12th February) set to run over four days. The change was made due to ISE’s growing popularity, with an increase in registered attendees of 16.4% YoY – representing almost 8,350 new guests. The total rose to almost 60,000 people over the three days of the show.
Bookings have already been placed for 41,200m² of stand space at the 2016 show, which represents 106% of the total sold space this year and 94% of the available space next year. ISE 2016 will be expanded through the addition of the newly-built Amtrium, next to Hall 4.
The ISE organiser, Integrated System Events, also announced that it has entered into a joint venture with Invidis Consulting, taking a majority share in the Munich Digital Signage Conference that runs in mid-September. The event will remain largely unchanged, but new launches will take place in the Middle East and Russia.
