Hannstar saw sales improve 10.4% year on year and 1% sequentially to NT$2.1 billion ($66.6 million) in the first month of the year. The company shipped 36.7 million small and medium panels, 2.5% higher than December and 22% more than January 2014, while shipments of large panels and HannsG products were flat MoM at 53,000 units, though this down 21% year on year.
