Eye Airports is to launch an £8 million ($12.8 million) investment in advertising media and technology across its UK airport network. Gatwick North and South terminals will benefit from new digital welcome and terminal displays, as well as a refresh of current screens. 4mm-pitch LED units will be installed as part of the work. Mobile functionality and beacon technology will also be rolled out to Gatwick and Eye Airports’ other locations at Stansted, Manchester, Newcastle, East Midlands, Bristol and Southampton airports.
